Philippine Carbide Tooling Corporation is a subsidiary of Singapore Carbide Manufacturing Co., Ltd that was founded in Singapore in 1997. With a specialization in carbide tooling for progressive die sets and a rich history spanning over 25 years, we have grown beyond its Singapore roots and expanded its operations to Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Products Offer
We specializes in carbide tooling for progressive die sets, including the production of rotor and stator components, semiconductor parts, and hard disk components. Our expertise also encompasses the manufacturing of Misumi standard parts and custom carbide punches and dies in various shapes and sizes to meet your specific requirements.
Production Time
Our production time for manufacturing products varies based on the complexity of the item. Our standard production time is 2 - 3weeks, but we also understand the importance of timely delivery in urgent situations. To support our clients in such scenarios, we offer expedited services that can limit the production time of punches to just 1 week.
